Field sales platform
Double the activity. Same crew.
VerraField is the canvassing platform for roofing and home service teams. Reps work a live map instead of a list, a coach rides along in their pocket, and you see the whole field day while there’s still time to do something about it.

One customer’s results, reported by their operator. What you get depends on your market, your crews, and how hard your managers actually use the reporting.
The AI coach
Your best closer, riding with every rep
Most sales AI was built for somebody at a desk. This one was built for a rep standing on a porch with thirty seconds to figure out what to say next.
Handles the objection while the door is still open
A rep hits “my neighbor said to wait for the adjuster” and gets a way through it in seconds, standing on the driveway. Not on Monday, from a manager who’s already forgotten the street.
Preps the rep before the first knock
Ask what tends to work on a street you’ve never sold, and get an opening built on what has already closed on streets like it.
Trains the new hire nobody has time to train
Week-one reps ask the coach the questions they’re embarrassed to ask a manager. They get the same answer every time, and they get it all day.
Turns your best rep into everyone’s standard
What works gets captured and handed to the whole team, so the gap between your top closer and your bottom five stops being a personality trait.

The platform
Everything a field day runs on
Territory
Every street, and who owns it
Draw a territory on the map, hand it to a rep, a team or an office, and the app holds that line in the field. Houses are color coded by exactly where they stand, so a rep opens the app and already knows which doors are worth walking up to.
- Assign by rep, team, office or region
- Live pins, updated as the day runs
- Historical coverage — see what has been worked and what has been skipped

The funnel
Stages that match how a door actually closes
All 11 stages your reps really use, including Estimate Left, Soft Set and both ways a house gets lost. Ink and Estimate Left sit side by side because insurance and retail are parallel tracks, which is exactly why a generic CRM pipeline misreports a door-to-door team.
- Insurance and retail tracked as separate paths
- Status changes land on the map instantly
- Photos and notes attach to the address, not a group text

Reporting
Know who to coach before the week is gone
Every rep sees their own funnel and closing rate; every manager sees the roll-up by team and office. Nobody reconstructs the week from memory on Monday, because it was visible on Tuesday while there was still a week left to fix.
- Scoped to your structure: Account → Region → Office → Team → Rep
- Conversion at every stage, not just closes
- Leaderboards and competitions that update themselves

Admin
Add a rep in the morning, they knock that afternoon
Seats, reps, offices, teams and tiers in one console. Onboarding a new hire takes about a minute, and every manager sees their own scope and nothing past it.
- Roles and permissions that mirror your org chart
- Runs on iOS, Android, Web
- Works with no signal. The day syncs when the truck finds a network

Pricing
Published, per seat, no “contact us” wall
From $50 per seat per month, dropping to $40 as your team grows. Pay annually and 2 months are free.
Questions people ask
Frequently asked questions
What is VerraField?
VerraField is a field sales platform for door-to-door teams in roofing and home services. It combines a live territory map, an 11-stage sales funnel, an AI coach that reps talk to in the field, and manager reporting that shows who is knocking, who is closing, and who needs coaching today.
Who is VerraField built for?
VerraField is built for companies running door-to-door sales crews: roofing, storm restoration, solar, HVAC, pest control, home security and home improvement. It fits teams from a single crew up to multi-region operations with hundreds of reps, and it’s built around the way a sales manager actually runs a week.
How is VerraField different from a regular CRM?
A regular CRM records what already happened. VerraField runs the day while it’s happening. Reps work a map instead of a list, statuses match the real door-to-door funnel rather than a generic B2B pipeline, and managers see field activity as it lands instead of reading a summary on Monday.
What does the AI coach actually do?
The AI coach answers a rep’s questions in the field and helps them prepare for the next door. A rep can ask how to handle a specific objection, how to open on a street they’ve never worked, or what to say to a homeowner who already has an adjuster, and get an answer in seconds, on the driveway, instead of waiting for their manager to call back.
Does VerraField work without cell service?
Yes. Knocks, notes, statuses and photos save to the phone first and sync when the device finds a network again, so a rep can work an entire route in a dead zone without losing a day of data.
How much does VerraField cost?
VerraField is $50 per seat per month for 1–49 seats, $45 for 50–99 seats and $40 for 100 or more, with annual billing charged at ten months instead of twelve. There’s also a one-time setup fee on the first invoice, sized to the number of seats you buy.
Is there a minimum number of seats?
No. VerraField starts at one seat, and the per-seat price drops automatically as your team grows past 50 and then 100 reps, so you don’t have to renegotiate a contract to get the lower rate.
How long does it take to get a team set up?
Most teams are knocking inside a week. Setup covers importing your territories, building your office and team structure, and getting reps onto the app. Adding a rep after that takes about a minute in the admin console, and they can knock the same afternoon.
What devices does VerraField run on?
VerraField runs on iPhone, Android and any modern web browser. Reps typically use the phone app in the field while managers use the web console for territory planning and reporting.
Can managers see where reps are knocking in real time?
Yes. Every knock, conversation and status change lands on the map as it happens, so a manager can see which streets are being worked, which are being skipped, and where a rep is stalling, without sending a status text.
How does VerraField handle territory assignment?
Managers draw territories on the map and assign them to a rep, a team or an office, and the app enforces that boundary in the field. Because the structure runs Account → Region → Office → Team → Rep, every manager sees their own scope and nothing past it.
What sales stages does VerraField track?
VerraField tracks 11 stages: Not Knocked, Knock, Talk, Walk, Ink, Estimate Left, Soft Set, Contracted, Installed, Lost and New Roof. Ink and Estimate Left sit side by side because the insurance track and the retail track are parallel paths, not sequential steps. That’s why generic pipelines misreport door-to-door teams.
Does VerraField replace my roofing CRM or work alongside it?
Most teams run VerraField as the system of record for everything up to a signed contract, then hand the job off to their production or accounting system. It owns canvassing, the field funnel and rep performance rather than trying to be the tool your production coordinator lives in.
How do competitions and leaderboards work?
Leaderboards rank reps and teams on the activity and outcomes you choose, updating live as the day runs. It’s the whiteboard scoreboard most offices already keep, except it’s accurate, it’s on every rep’s phone, and nobody has to update it.
What results do teams see after switching to VerraField?
One roofing operation in Alabama doubled its field activity after adopting VerraField, on the same headcount, and saw conversion rates rise about 33% across the funnel. Results vary by team, market and how consistently managers use the reporting.
Is my data safe, and who owns it?
Your data is yours. VerraField stores it in an isolated account with row-level access control so one company can never see another’s, and you can export your territories, leads and activity history whenever you want.
Can I see VerraField on my own territory before buying?
Yes, that’s what the demo is. You get about twenty minutes on a real map of an area you actually sell, with your funnel stages and your team structure, so you can judge the fit against your own operation instead of a generic sandbox.
